Let me answer that with a brief bio of just who I am…

In addition to training in both fine arts and technical drawing, I have over 8 years of practical hands-on construction and cabinet making experience. This combined skill set affords me a unique perspective on what can or cannot be done, cost effectively. I help my clients design their dream …realistically.

I have experience working with both CAD and 3D design software, so I can offer a wide range of service price points dependant upon your requirements and budget. In addition to what I do in my office, I have experience dealing directly with contractors, builders and inspectors. Whether you just need a floor plan for your permits, or full colour 3D renderings, I can help.

01. Consult

The first step is to consult with the client and/or builder to establish scope and timeline for the project.
02. Create

I develop the work based on the information the client has provided, and through regular communications with the client.
03. Deliver

The client is presented, in person, with the final project in either PDF/electronic or printed format.

My Vision and Mission

It is my vision to create quality work for a reasonable cost, and help my clients realize their dream, the same way my wife and I did with Lilly Cottage.
